 The color is a matter of taste, but the inserts depend on your crossbow!
 The aluminum inserts are particularly suitable for 90 - 130 lbs. The brass inserts are also suitable for the 130lbs limb, but were specially developed for reinforced limbs. If you only use 90 lbs, you should definitely go for the aluminum version. Do you always use 130 lbs and want more? Then the brass version is the right choice!
